Annual Meeting 2016: Uppsala, Sweden – 26-28 September 2016

This year's Annual Conference has as its theme "Challenges for the world – opportunities for VPH" and will be held at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden, on 26-28 September.

The conference will cover topics ranging from advances in detection and control of foodborne outbreak within the EU, to the future role of VPH in an ever-changing and dynamic food- and animal health policy landscape. There will be ample opportunity to interact informally with experts in the field, from within and outside of the College, and also to enjoy the interesting and beautiful city of Uppsala. Post-conference there will be training opportunities for Residents. 

Important notice: ECVPH Diplomates are reminded that attendance of the AGM at least once in 3 consecutive years is compulsory, and that the status of Diplomates not complying with this requirement will be set to "non-practicing"/inactive. !

    Early bird (til 5 Sept. 2016): Diplomates € 250,--/Non Diplomates € 300,--/Residents & CM €150,--
    Late reg.(after 5 Sept. 2016): Diplomates € 300,--/Non Diplomates € 350,--/Residents & CM €200,--

INFORMATION on Resident Training/workshops, 29-30. September 2016

Training Courses/workshops will take place each for 1,5 days at the National Veterinary Institute, which is located on the campus of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. The minimum number of participants for a course to be given is 6. A course fee of EUR 50,-- per course will be charged to cover meals, coffee/tea and training material. The following 3 courses will be offered:

The minimum number of participants for a course being 6, courses with less than 6 participants registered by the early bird deadline (5. September 2016) will be cancelled.

Accomodation: 50 Hotel rooms have been reserved in the below mentioned Hotels available until 1st August 2016,  but ensure you make your hotel reservation ahead of time since there is another large meeting going on in Uppsala at the same time, and any spare rooms will be released once we approach the meeting.
